| Nye Beach Public Area |
The minute we left Nye Beach I was so busy photographing that I never took notes...
| Nye Beach continued |
Wild blackberries everywhere and they were ripe

One picturesque lighthouse after another
Some kids had loss their lives here...so many signs reminding one to never turn their back to the waves

Looking from Nye Beach to Newport Beach, OR
| It was too early to go into this Maritime Center |
| Loved the signs in Newport |
| Took a photo of Mike taking photos of the begging sea lions |
| They really have an attitude with one another and are SO LOUD and VOCAL!!! |
| If you don't mind the smell of fish, it's a cute fishing/tourist town...There is our poor Edge |
| So many well done historical murals throughout this town |
| We had been seeing ads for this restaurant for miles...have no idea if all the hype is worth it? |
Turns out this mural was one of Wyland's early ones
| Newport Marina was large and picturesque even on this overcast day |
It definitely had a large commercial fishing fleet and fish canneries
| More sea lions with tourist condos in the background |
| We eventually had to cross over that pretty bridge |
| Very distinctly a WPA Art Deco Bridge |
| Maybe we will cave and buy and small travel trailer that we can pull with a new SUV??? |
There were a few lighthouses that we saw from far away but we didn't try to get closer
| We were trying to show off the beautiful greens and blues of the Pacific Ocean here |
| Thought the Oregon Visitors Signs were cool |
Didn't expect to see dunes on this coast but they are there...Oregon Dunes Overlook
| These photos are what is commonly referred to as a marina layer coming in...or heavy fog? |
| Although this crazy old boat was close to the coast how they got this there was beyond us? |
